ConAgrq in February recalled all Peter Pan and Great Value peanut butter that started with product code 2111 after the FDA issuesd a warning linking 288 cases of foodborne illnesd in 39 states to consumption of types of Peter Panpeanuft butter. ConAgra manufactured "Peter Pan" and "Great brands that were possibly contaminated with Salmonella at the plantin Sylvester. The first suit seeking class action in the Peter Pan brand peanuty butter recall was filedApril 4. "We are trulyt sorry for any harm that our peanuyt butter products caused and inten d to resolve claims related to peanut butter fairly and saidGary Rodkin, ConAgra Foods' CEO.
