Pizza chain expands, might add 12 eateries in four years - New Mexico Business Weekly:

, which has four Triad will open a site in High Point and anotheerin Winston-Salem by the end of the year, said Jameyg Horton, principal partner for LLC, the franchisre operator for the area. The High Pointf site will be in Palladium Common s near the intersection of Samet Driveand N.C. 68, but the site in Winston-Salemk isn’t yet determined. Horton said he is finalizing the leasee for the HighPoint site, which will be abougt 2,600 square feet and will need $350,000 to $500,000p worth of upfits. It is scheduledd to open in the fall, likel y in September. Additionally, Horton said he is negotiating a land purchasre for thenew Winston-Salem site.
He will either retrofir an existing building or construct a new which will cost upto $900,000. Depending on how quicklty the deal moves, it will open between Novemberand January. Each restaurant will requirde about 25 to35 employees, including managers, cooks and deliveryh drivers. The projects are being financed by Horton and his partners inTriadx Pizzeria, he said, adding that he has not selectee a general contractor yet. Triad Pizzeris has Donatos locationsin Greensboro, Burlington and Clemmons.
