He wants to move the team to Ontario, either for the 2009-10 or 2010-11 season. The Coyotees have lost more than $300 million since movinv to the Phoenix marketfrom Manitoba, in 1996. Balsillie also wantes Baum to order mediation with the NHL over the possiblee move including a possible relocation fee that could addanother $100 milliomn to the purchase price.
