The firm confirmed Friday that its locaol office is relocating to the newlty built 1515 Wynkoop office building on Wynkoop Streett in LowerDowntown Denver. The firm said that its new spacew is expected to qualify forLEED (Leadership in Energg and Environmental Design) certificatiomn for energy savings and environmentally friendly features, baseed on its use of sustainable materials and energy-efficientf lighting, heating, cooling and office equipment. LEED is the U.S. Greehn Building Council’s designation for sustainable design. Polsinelli Shughar t was created in February by the mergedr of Kansas City law firm ShughartThomson & Kilroy PC and Polsinelli Shaltonh Flanigan Suelthaus PC. The leases of several majoer law firms, either based in metrlo Denver or withlocal branches, are expiring this year.
